Training membership – terms & conditions

Membership confirmation must be completed alongside registration for at least one Risk Training event. Membership cancellations must be received in writing more than three weeks before the first event. Full membership payment must be received before the first event takes place. If a cancellation is received within three weeks of the first event the full membership fee will be payable in full. Cancellations more than three weeks before the first event are subject to a 10% administration fee with the remaining fee refunded. The membership offer is for individuals only as therefore no delegate substitutions are to be made. If you do not use your event places or notify us of your intention to cancel, the full fee will still be payable.

If we have not received full membership payment by the first event start date, you will be required to provide a credit card guarantee on the day of the first event to gain entry. Although a rare occurrence, Risk Training reserves the right to cancel or change the date of any event. Cancellation or rescheduling of events will not impact on the above terms and refunds will not be processed in response to this occurrence.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, the delegate understands and agrees that it shall not organize or hold any additional events, functions or meals in the same city as the event on the week of any of the events attended as part of membership offer without receiving prior written agreement from an authorized representative of Infopro Digital.
